While going through some old pattern books, I found Doll's Travel Coat in the McCall's Knitting for Beginners Book 3. It's made in from knitting worsted, so I wasn't sure how I'd like it. It's OK - a bit bulky IMHO, but will certainly fit over Barbie's other clothes to keep her warm. The color I chose was a big garish - a pink/orange but my daughter loves bright colors.
